Seller Terms & Conditions

By registering as a seller on Brandy (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform as a seller.

To sell on the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the Arab Republic of Egypt;
• Have a valid Egyptian tax registration number if required by law;
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration;
• Maintain an active Egyptian bank account for payouts.

The Platform retains a commission of 15% on each sale. VAT of 14% is added on top of the item price and collected from the buyer in accordance with Egyptian tax law.

Shipping fees are charged separately and are set by the Platform based on governorate.

Funds from completed orders are held in escrow for 7 days after delivery. After this period, funds become part of your seller balance and can be withdrawn via the Seller Hub wallet.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days to your registered Egyptian bank account. Minimum withdrawal is 100 EGP.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of product listings. Listings must:

• Accurately describe the product, including condition, dimensions, and materials;
• Not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property;
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Law of Egypt;
• Not contain prohibited items (e.g. counterfeits, weapons, controlled substances).

Sellers must ship orders within 2 business days of confirmation unless otherwise specified. Failure to fulfill orders may result in order cancellation, buyer refund, and impact on seller performance metrics.

Buyers may request returns within 14 days of delivery. Sellers are required to accept valid return requests for defective, damaged, or misrepresented items. For change-of-mind returns, the seller may set their own policy as long as it is clearly disclosed in the listing.

Sellers are evaluated on key performance indicators: order acceptance rate, shipping speed, and return rate. Consistently poor performance may result in account suspension or termination at the Platform's discretion.

Sellers grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use product images, descriptions, and seller trademarks for the purpose of promoting and displaying the products within the Platform and its marketing channels.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or at the Platform's sole discretion. Upon termination, pending withdrawals will be processed after clearing any outstanding return or dispute windows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo.
